Features

• Self-contained scraper design, self-cleaning on the surface of the ball, preventing the slag particles from sticking and adhering between the ball and the valve seat, ensuring smooth and continuous valve movement without jamming.

• The ball and seat are supersonic coated with hard alloy such as WC and CrC to prolong the wear resistance, corrosion resistance and erosion resistance of the valve.

• The butterfly spring compensation seat provides sufficient rigidity; the full spring seal is effective for stacking hard particles anyway.

• Spring-loaded packing design compensates for packing loss; self-sealing bearing cavity design prevents effective intrusion of hard particles; double bearing design reduces friction and makes the switch smooth and difficult to jam.

• Modular design of products and internal parts, which can quickly disassemble and replace internal parts online, easy maintenance and reduce maintenance costs.
