Market Status

At present, in the large and medium-sized projects of coal-fired power units in the domestic electricity market, according to the national power development plan, the thermal power projects under construction are more than 600,000 kW supercritical units and 600,000 and 300,000 kW subcritical units. According to the national industrial policy, 600,000 kW supercritical units and even 1 million kW ultra-supercritical units will become the mainstream units in the next few years.

Among them, for the conventional low and medium pressure valves, the country is fully capable of supporting. However, in the four major pipeline systems of thermal power generation, namely the main steam pipeline, the main water supply pipeline, the reheater cold section, the hot section pipeline, and the steam extraction section of the steam turbine, there are also high working parameters in the high and low pressure bypass system. High-tech valves, the projects already built are basically dependent on imports, and a large amount of imports are needed in the next five years.

In large-scale coal chemical engineering projects, especially in coal deep processing projects such as coal-to-oil, methanol, ammonia, olefins and so on, special valves under air separation, gasification, synthesis, liquefaction and other working conditions are also the same.
