Features
The valve adopts all-metal bi-directional seal structure. The bi-directional has the same pressure bearing capacity and no flow direction restriction. It can be installed at a horizontal or upward 70° angle.
The replaceable integral metal sealing surface is used, and the sealing surface of the butterfly plate is sealed with the butterfly plate and the valve seat, and can be separated from each other to prevent the waste of the whole valve replacement caused by the damage of the sealing surface.
The seal pair is an all-metal surfacing hard alloy layer structure, which has a longer life than the U-shaped seat and the multi-layer sealing structure.
Reinforced carbon fiber packing with a butterfly spring ensures the most reliable seal that can be automatically compensated with minimum torque.
